Thank you for choosing Innovar. We are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return eligible items in accordance with the terms outlined below.
Order Change/Cancellation
- If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us [support@innovarhome.com] ASAP. You can reply directly to your order confirmation email. If the order hasn't been shipped, we're happy to accommodate you.
- If the order has already been shipped, a 10% shipping fee (based on the original order amount) will be deducted from your refund.
Return Window & Eligibility
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. For example, if your order tracking indicates delivery on the 1st, you must request a return or exchange by the 30th.
After 30 days, unreturned items are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unassembled, and free from wear, stains, or damage
- Returned in their original Innovar packaging (including all tags, labels, and protective covers)
- Complete with all included accessories and assembly hardware
How to Initiate a Return

Submit a Return Request
Email [support@innovarhome.com] . Provide your order number, item(s) to be returned, and a brief reason for return. -
Receive Return Authorization
Once your request is approved, we will issue an RA number and provide instructions for shipping the item(s) back to our warehouse. -
Prepare Your Shipment
Pack the item(s) securely in original packaging. If the original Innovar box is unavailable, use a comparably sized box with adequate cushioning. - Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the box
Return Shipping & Fees
Non-Quality Issue Returns
- If you are returning an item for any reason other than a manufacturing defect (e.g.,“changed my mind,” “does not fit,” or “no longer needed”), a 10% restocking fee (based on the original order amount) will be deducted as a shipping and handling charge.
- The item’s packaging must be returned in “like-new” condition. If the original packaging is damaged (torn, crushed, missing internal protection), a 20% restocking fee will apply instead of 10%.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Quality Issue Returns (Defects or Damage in Transit)
- If an item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a prepaid return (ship‐back label at no charge) and, upon inspection, issue a full refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Inspection & Refund Processing
Inspection
Once we receive your returned item(s), our Returns Team will inspect the condition and verify that all components are included.
Refund Calculation
- Quality Issue: Full refund of item price, including original shipping.
- Non-Quality Issue (Packaging Intact): Refund amount = Original item price minus 10% restocking fee.
- Non-Quality Issue (Packaging Damaged): Refund amount = Original item price minus 20% restocking fee.
Refund Issuance
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days after inspection.You will receive an email notification when your refund has been processed.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items not in their original condition, incomplete, or returned after the 30-day window
- Custom-configured or bespoke products (unless defective)
- Clearance or final-sale items explicitly marked as non-returnable on checkout
